Mr. Odorisi concentrates his practice in most areas of general practice including business/corporate law, elder law/medicaid planning, real estate, wealth preservation, estate probate and administration, bankruptcy, criminal defense and personal injury matters.

He is a member of the Monroe County Bar Association and is a recent recipient of the 2007 Rochester Business Journal Forty under 40 award, representing the best Rochester has to offer for outstanding professional and civic achievements. In 1996, Mr. Odorisi was elected to the bench as East Rochester Town Justice, and is serving his third 4 year term. He is past President of the Monroe County Magistrate's Association and current member of the Board of Trustees, a Board Member with the Rochester Rehabilitation Center, Inc. (2000 to present), Center Information Services, Inc. (2006 to present), a subsidiary of the Al Sigl Center and the Eastside YMCA (2007 to Present). Mr. Odorisi is also a member of the St. Jerome's Church finance committee (1995 to present). Mr. Odorisi is an active member of the community. He is a member of the East Rochester Rotary Club and volunteers for various community organizations and activities including as an assistant coach for East Rochester Youth Baseball.

Mr. Odorisi received his Masters of Law in Health Law from DePaul University College of Law in Chicago, Illinois and his Juris Doctorate degree from The John Marshall Law School in Chicago, Illinois. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree (major in Finance) from Siena College in Loudonville, New York.

He is licensed to practice in all New York State courts, United States District Court (Western District) and United States Bankruptcy courts (Western and Northern Districts). He also is licensed to practice law in the State of Illinois and the District of Columbia.
