Mr. Odorisi concentrates his practice in most areas of general practice including business/corporate law, elder law/medicaid planning, real estate, wealth preservation, estate probate and administration, bankruptcy, criminal defense and personal injury matters.

He is a member of the Monroe County Bar Association and is a recipient of the 2007 Rochester Business Journal "Forty Under 40" Award, representing the best Rochester has to offer for outstanding professional and civic achievements. In 1996, Mr. Odorisi was elected to the bench as East Rochester Town Justice, and is serving his fourth 4-year term. He also serves part-time on the bench in Rochester City Court as an acting City Court Judge.

He is a board member of the Eastside YMCA (2007 to Present) and a member of the St. Jerome’s Church finance committee (1995 to present). He is a past President of the Monroe County Magistrate’s Association, and a past Board Member with the Rochester Rehabilitation Center, Inc. Mr. Odorisi is also an active member of the community who volunteers for various community organizations and activities including as an assistant coach for East Rochester Youth Baseball.

Mr. Odorisi received his Masters of Law in Health Law from DePaul University School of Law in Chicago, Illinois and his Juris Doctorate degree from The John Marshall Law School in Chicago, Illinois. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree (major in Finance) from Siena College in Loudonville, New York.

He is licensed to practice in all New York State courts, United States District Court (Western District) and United States Bankruptcy courts (Western and Northern Districts). He also is licensed to practice law in the State of Illinois and the District of Columbia.
