We will ensure that the property you are purchasing has clear and marketable title free from any liens and encumbrances. At the closing we also review and explain to you all loan documents required to purchase your new property. Your closing is attended by one of our experienced real estate attorneys and not a paralegal, like many other large firms in the Rochester area.

Sales

Our comprehensive services also include assisting you in the sale of your home or investment property, we will prepare your Deed and other forms necessary to record and re-date your abstract, update your survey, obtain mortgage payoffs and clear any other title objections that may arise. We make every effort to coordinate your sale with your new purchase, and if applicable, provide you with as seamless a transition as possible.

Commercial Real Estate
